* Lawn Cutting: Lawn cutting schedule is done on a weekly basis. Litter will be removed from all lawn area prior to mowing. Edging will be done along walks, drives, and curbs; trimmings and excess clippings will be blown from drives, street, and lawn area after each service. Trimming will be done along all objects in the lawn or around them.
* Bush Trimming: Trimming and removal of plant materials one or two times per growing season. Trimmings are taken to landfill.
* Spring & Fall Cleanups: Removal of debris and leaves from lawn, shrub beds and roads; will take all debris to landfill.
* Small Tree Removal:
